A little background:
I started teaching yoga in my early thirties after spending most of my twenties immersed in classes, workshops, and trainings along the Jersey Shore, NYC, and beyond. I taught yin and Sivananda styles for a few years before stepping back, and my practice shifted into something quieter — more personal, mostly at home (and frequently interrupted by my dogs).

Now, I’m returning to my practice with renewed dedication and softer eyes. A little older, a little achier, and with a lot more compassion and understanding for both myself and other yoga students. That’s why I created this blog: to share how yoga continues to support me through life’s twists and turns — and maybe offer something helpful for your path, too.

Also, I’m a content creator by trade, so combining my love of yoga with storytelling here felt like a natural fit.

I earned my 200-hour teacher training at Freehold Yoga Center in NJ, focused on Sivananda, with additional yin training from Kate Kuss and Sarah Powers. I’ve also taken classes at the Iyengar Yoga Association and Dharma Yoga Center in NYC, and I’m currently enrolled in a self-paced 200-hour program with Aura Wellness to reconnect with the foundations.

When I’m not practicing, you’ll find me gardening, hiking, paddleboarding, skiing, or snuggled up with my three dogs. I’m so glad you’re here — and I hope you find something in this space that supports your own practice, or inspires you to start one.

My three doggies!
